We're seeking an experienced Part Time Storage Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our support team, you will be the face of arenaflex's exceptional service, ensuring that customers receive the help they need on their journeys. This is a remote opportunity, offering the freedom and flexibility you deserve.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the site manager with facility operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Answer phone inquiries from active and prospective customers, providing timely and accurate information
- Show storage units, explain the terms of rental agreements, and prepare rental contracts
- Perform general routine property cleanup and minor repair work
- Ensure that all vacant storage units are clean, dry, secure, and available for new customers
- Participate in ongoing continuous arenaflex education through our comprehensive training program
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
* Driver's license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with moderate risks or discomforts requiring special safety precautions
Work Environment:
* The work involves moderate risks or discomforts, such as working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or irritating chemicals
- May be required to use protective clothing or gear, such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields
- Physical demands include long periods of remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted
