Position Overview

As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic team, where no two days are ever the same.

Responsibilities

* Manage a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses

  • Provide detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and innovations

Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary

  • Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexible scheduling after completion of training
  • Must be able to attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM, with a minimum of 16+ hours per week required
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction

  • Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
