Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Answering inbound customer calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with their orders and accounts, including resolving issues and addressing concerns
- Handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries, including confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data
- Providing a distraction-free work-from-home environment that meets arenaflex's quality standards
- Offering additional products and services to customers on each interaction, increasing revenue and driving business growth
- Reporting to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor and collaborating with the team to achieve customer service goals
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to:
- Possess excellent problem-solving and de-escalation skills, with the ability to sustain high-paced call volumes
- Be able to learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
- Communicate effectively with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
- Navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers, with a high level of technical proficiency
- Sit for long periods of time, with the ability to take regular breaks and maintain a healthy work-life balance
- Troubleshoot own technical problems, with the support of our IT team when needed
- Be available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours, as required
