Responsibilities

- Provide detailed information about arenaflex's products and services, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients.
- Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping to drive business growth and revenue.
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Qualifications
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary.
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred.
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a quiet and dedicated workspace free from distractions.
Training and Requirements
As a Part-Time Chat Operator at arenaflex, you'll receive comprehensive on-the-job training via Zoom, covering the following requirements:
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred.
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
- Able to attend 4 weeks of full-time remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11:00 am-7:30 pm EDT.
