About the Role

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, engaging with them via live chat to solve issues and answer inquiries about our products and services. You'll provide comprehensive support by addressing both delivery and product-related concerns, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported. Your technical skills will be put to the test as you utilize various platforms to understand customer problems fully and guide them through solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
