Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to live chat messages on a business's website, providing timely and accurate assistance to customers
- Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts to help drive sales and revenue growth
- Utilize the Squarespace platform and social media to engage with customers and resolve issues
- Work independently to manage multiple chat sessions and prioritize tasks effectively
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Essential Qualifications:
* Friendly and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Proficiency in using social media and website chat functions
- Reliable internet connection and device (phone, tablet, or laptop) to access chat platforms
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Preferred Qualifications:

- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
