About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' customers through live chat, social media, and email. This is a flexible part-time opportunity that allows you to balance your work and personal life while making a real impact on our clients' businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to customers through live chat, social media, and email, responding to their queries and resolving their issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work closely with our clients' teams to understand their products and services, and provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Help customers find the information they need and process their orders successfully, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
- Use our proprietary platform, Squarespace, to manage and respond to live chat messages, as well as other social media channels.
- Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve customer issues, and implement process improvements to enhance our services.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Essential Qualifications

- A strong and diverse skillset in customer service, communication, and problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in using social media platforms, email, and live chat software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
- Reliable internet connection and a device that can access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop).
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients and their customers.
