Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in training and development programs to stay current on the latest technical trends and best practices
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other support resources
- Collaborate with other support teams to share knowledge and best practices, and to improve overall support quality
Essential Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or a related field
- At least one quarter or semester of school remaining after completing the part-time position
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in cloud-based technologies (e.g. Azure)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and support quality
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a customer support role, preferably in a technical or IT environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Experience with change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci)
