The LiveChat Agent - Marketing Role
As a LiveChat Agent - Marketing, you'll play a critical role in engaging with website visitors through real-time live chat, validating and prequalifying leads, and enhancing the customer journey. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a keen ability to multitask and prioritize, and a customer service-oriented approach. You'll work remotely, preferably near branch offices in Calgary or Dallas-Fort Worth, and be responsible for:
- Real-time live chat with customers visiting our websites
- Entering marketing qualified leads into Salesforce.com
- Transitioning qualified leads to Sales Managers as Salesforce.com Opportunities
- Becoming an expert in the live chat platform
- Developing a deep understanding of our products and services
- Staying informed on arenaflex's product features, promotions, and FAQs
- Creating canned responses and enhancing tagging system in live chat platform
- Enhancing training and best practices documentation
- Developing and communicating ideas for improvement in our customer journey
- Monitoring KPIs: response time, customer satisfaction, volume/schedule, etc.
- Collaborating with sales team and key marketing team members, related to leads and live chat
- Performing other assigned tasks
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Commercial modular construction industry experience preferred
- Live chat, B2B Telemarketing or sales experience is preferred
- Salesforce.com experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keen ability to multitask and prioritize
- Organized with attention to detail
- Customer service oriented
- Empathy and patience in dealing with various customer inquiries
- Self-motivated and self-starter with strong work ethic and integrity
- Tactful and inquisitive
- Proficient in MS Office
- Minimum accurate typing speed of 50 wpm
- Must comply with all company employment policies
Nice-to-Haves
While not essential, experience in the commercial construction industry, experience with live chat platforms, and familiarity with digital marketing strategies would be a significant advantage in this role.
