Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our clients receive the best possible service

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus)
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
  • A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
  • A strong understanding of customer service principles and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer service software and systems

  • Gaming experience, which can be helpful in developing your multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • A degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing

Compensation and Benefits
