The Role

As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with prompt, professional, and accurate information via live chat. You will be responsible for maintaining a deep knowledge of our company services, identifying customer concerns and challenges, and escalating them to the appropriate team when necessary. You will also track customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments. Your primary goal will be to achieve targets for customer satisfaction and engagement.

Responsibilities

* Answer customer inquiries promptly via live chat, providing professional and accurate information.

  • Maintain a deep knowledge of company services to offer relevant solutions and support to customers.
  • Identify customer concerns and challenges, escalating them to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Track customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
  • Strive towards achieving targets for customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses to customers.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent. Higher educational level would be a plus.

  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Previous customer service experience would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with live chat platforms or similar customer service software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Nice-to-haves

* Experience in the environmental services and industrial hygiene industry.

  • Knowledge of toxicology or chemistry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Fluency in a second language.
  • Experience with CRM software and office applications.
