Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Assisting customers in navigating our website and placing orders, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience

Requirements
