Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from our customers, providing exceptional service, and resolving their inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date computerized customer information, authorizing sales, and building relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional service and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain up-to-date computerized customer information
- Authorize sales and process transactions
- Build relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
Requirements
* 6+ months of customer service experience of any kind and/or military equivalent experience
- Must live within 2 1/2 hour commute of the Rapid City, SD location
- Confidence using a computer
- Be 18-years-old or older
- Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
- New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of customer service software and systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and build relationships with colleagues
- Proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage information in multiple windows and proficiently type while talking
