Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Inventory Network Insights and Business Intelligence

Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions through data-driven insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business outcomes. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive salary of $27/hour, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

* Execute existing reporting and analytical tasks (30%): + Develop and maintain complex data models and reports to support business decision-making + Analyze and interpret large data sets to identify trends and patterns + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions

• Use data analysis tools to create new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests (20%):

+ Design and develop interactive dashboards to visualize complex data + Develop and maintain data visualizations to communicate insights and trends + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions

• Ensure the quality of work output by demonstrating a keen attention to detail (20%):

+ Develop and maintain high-quality data models and reports + Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that data is accurate and reliable + Identify and address data quality issues to ensure that insights are reliable

• Foster additional technical capabilities and domain expertise within the core functional team (20%):

+ Develop and maintain expertise in data analysis tools and technologies + Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored solutions + Share knowledge and best practices with team members to drive continuous improvement

• Present findings in easily understood ways, focusing on how the data analysis fits into the bigger picture (10%):

+ Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders to communicate insights and recommendations + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions + Identify and address data quality issues to ensure that insights are reliable

Direct Supervisor/Direct Reports

This position reports to a Supervisor and has no immediate reports.

Travel Requirements

This position requires occasional travel under 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements

This position is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is continuous opportunity to move about. Occasionally, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any disturbing circumstances would be rare and not objectionable.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Software Engineering, Math, Design, or Finance

• 2 years of work experience in data mining, statistical analysis, evaluating, and estimating
• Previous direct involvement in analyzing significant topics such as Inventory Network, Marketing, Projects, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

* Work experience with SQL Server, Teradata, Prophet, or similar data set frameworks

• Previous experience with data analysis tools and technologies such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
