Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer-facing professionals to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Client Experience: Drive customer satisfaction and partner engagement by mentoring partners on best practices and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Individual Development: Provide coaching and guidance to partners on performance improvement and conduct regular check-ins to ensure they're meeting their goals.
  • Chief On the Job: Lead store opening and closing procedures, ensure partners are aware of daily tasks and responsibilities, and perform MOD duties as needed.
  • Leadership: Collaborate with Associate Senior Managers (ASMs) to develop and implement strategies to improve partner performance and engagement.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Participate in the recruitment and selection process for hourly partners and provide input on their performance and development.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, hospitality, or customer service)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the home improvement industry
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment

  • Knowledge of home improvement products and services
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
