Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Technical Support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, helping them navigate the complexities of Google Cloud, and driving the adoption of our cloud-based solutions. Key Responsibilities

* Identify business and technical requirements, lead full technical discovery, and develop client solutions to meet assembled requirements

  • Lead technical projects, technology support, support bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical assets
  • Deliver product messaging for the Google Cloud Platform by utilizing whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents
  • Drive recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, platforms, and application frameworks to implement a comprehensive solution providing best practice advice to clients to enhance Google Cloud platform effectiveness
  • Attend client sites, meetings, and other events as required

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or a client-facing role
  • Experience with inheritance and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and infrastructure
  • Experience with containers including Kubernetes and other related technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Dynamic US Government Top Secret/Secret Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) Exceptional status

  • Experience creating mobile structures using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks, or other relevant technologies
  • Experience with Government Public Area clients, including defense and civilian agencies
  • Knowledge of application security frameworks including web application security, service boundary, and mobile security techniques
  • Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the Google Cloud/IT innovation space
