Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Manager to lead our customer experience team and ensure that our clients receive exceptional support and service. As a Customer Support Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Acting as a reference point for our clients in all their interactions with arenaflex
  • Working with multiple internal tools and software to monitor, organize, and resolve customer requests
  • Collecting customer feedback, producing reports, and sharing them with relevant team members
  • Interacting with multiple stakeholders, including external customers and internal teams such as software engineers, product managers, designers, and salespeople

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Manager at arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support and service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
  • Act as a reference point for our clients, providing guidance and support on our products and services
  • Work with multiple internal tools and software to monitor, organize, and resolve customer requests
  • Collect customer feedback, produce reports, and share them with relevant team members
  • Interact with multiple stakeholders, including external customers and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve our products and services
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Support Manager at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
