Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Online Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing routine service support to our customers. You'll be responsible for communicating directly with customers to resolve their issues, answer their questions, and assist with service requests. Responsibilities

* Communicate directly with customers to resolve their issues, answer their questions, and assist with service requests

  • Provide guidance on products, offer online directions, and address account-related inquiries
  • Work independently to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Follow provided instructions and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer support
  • Commit to at least 5 hours of availability per week, with flexibility to work part-time hours
  • Utilize social media and website chat functions to engage with customers and provide support

  • Ability to work independently and follow provided instructions
