Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data processing operations. You will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for various investments, as well as processing exchange buy and sell transactions in customer profiles. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in identifying and addressing discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and the fund business or transfer representatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Process exchange buy and sell transactions in customer profiles and identify/address breaks recognized between TD Ameritrade and the fund business or transfer representatives
- Handle Corporate Activity Events, settle/reconcile move activity, and process/reconcile returns activity
- Perform research of complex/escalated concerns and test/validation of new innovation improvements and vendor changes
- Complete projects in Investing, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor account
- Analyze and resolve customer review of membership deals or transactions, client/Advisor level exceptions, regulatory commitments, and settlement of Business, Dividend, and Transfer Breaks
- Reconcile around BOS and Fund Companies, evaluate and analyze applicable tax code, and correct tax coding errors
- Troubleshoot internal/external system enhancements or concerns, origin of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc., and deliver method or innovation answer choices to Control
- Remediating transmission problems with the Fund or Contra Agency, customer or organization companion service, and answering service companion inquiries relating to Fund specific requirements/eligibility
- Provide act on Choice Investment moves to expedite the customer request or remediate not in good order concerns, and timely and correct conclusion of client investing and returns requests
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data entry software and systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the financial industry, particularly in data entry, customer service, or a related field
- Knowledge of regulatory commitments, such as 2340 and 15C3-3
- Experience with Salesforce, Outlook, and other customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Tableau
- Certification in data entry, customer service, or a related field
