Your Role

As an Entry Level Call Center Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via live chat, providing support and information on various inquiries on businesses' websites and social media platforms. Your primary objectives will include:

  • Addressing both routine support questions from existing customers and field sales-related inquiries from prospective ones
  • Utilizing your excellent communication skills to resolve customer issues and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve complex issues
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries

Position Details

* Contract Length: Flexible, with no fixed term, to accommodate your needs

  • Rate: $35 per hour
  • Working Hours: Minimum of 10 hours per week, with the potential to work up to 40 hours
