Job Summary
We are seeking an Experienced Customer Experience Partner Success Manager to join our global help desk operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving quality improvements and efficiency gains across our help desk operations. You will work closely with our help partner teams to ensure that our quality standards are met, and our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement quality monitoring projects to identify areas for improvement and drive measurable results
- Collaborate with training and content teams to ensure consistency with new launches, processes, and procedures
- Maintain quality performance across multiple locations within an aligned objective framework
- Perform business audits with help partner groups to identify areas for improvement
- Identify, suggest, and implement process and project enhancements
- Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for arenaflex to improve its business by understanding customer needs and trends
- Other tasks assigned by management or on a case-by-case basis
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in quantitative or business fields or four years of work experience in quantitative or business areas
- Proven track record of driving quality improvements and efficiency gains across multiple help desk operations
- Strong analytical skills, with experience refining large datasets to meaningful insights – data analysis is your specialty
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
- Detail-oriented and efficient, with perfect development and fully finished capabilities
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, team-oriented environment and able to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
- A growth mindset, focused on quality, yield-driven, proactive, and continuously driving yourself to improve
