Job Summary
We're seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Live Chat Agents. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule with working hours under 4 hours per day. The job is open to candidates located in the State of Georgia. Our competitive compensation package includes an hourly wage of $15-$20, along with comprehensive benefits such as health and dental insurance, paid training, and paid vacations.
Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a prompt and professional manner
- Providing accurate information regarding flight schedules, ticket changes, and other travel services
- Assisting customers with online booking and troubleshooting technical issues
- Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Documenting interactions and maintaining accurate customer records
- Working closely with other team members and departments to achieve company goals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must reside in the State of Georgia
