Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. This is a unique opportunity to work from home while supporting arenaflex's mission to provide an elevated travel experience to all customers.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Providing accurate information regarding flights, reservations, cancellations, and policies
• Assisting customers with booking, rebooking, and ticketing processes
• Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience
• Following up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and resolved satisfactorily
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and policies
• Recording and documenting customer interactions accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• A minimum of 1-year experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with basic computer applications and internet navigation
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications
