Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless freight delivery
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation, including customer interactions, issue resolutions, and freight tracking information

What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
