Job Summary:
arenaflex is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is an exciting work-from-home opportunity where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Assisting customers with booking and changing flight reservations
- Providing information on flight schedules, cancellations, and delays
- Processing payments, refunds, and other transactions
- Maintaining customer records and updating their account information
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Availability to work weekends and holidays if needed

Essential Qualifications:
