Job Summary

As an Experienced Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and patients, handling high-volume calls, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support to our healthcare professionals. This is a remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, and we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and patients, handling high-volume calls and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, using arenaflex's proprietary systems and software
  • Handle patient enrollment and information section tasks, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Investigate and resolve missing data issues, deciphering clinical shortened forms (SIG codes) and entering top-off orders for handling
  • Settle all information section-related special cases, working closely with senior-level staff as needed
  • Provide support to healthcare professionals, including drug specialists, both in-office and remotely
  • Acquire a dynamic specialist permit or accreditation within the initial 90 days, and maintain a current expert permit or certification

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Essential level computer skills, including:

+ Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing reports + Accessing data online

  • Essential web search tools skills, including:

+ Opening a program + Writing in URLs in the right area + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a website + Exploring using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online

  • Middle-level keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 25 WPM + Typing by memory + Organizing reports

  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • 18 years old or older

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment

  • At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacy or broadly recognized certification office
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
  • Halfway to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 35 WPM + Typing by memory + Designing reports

  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
