Job Overview

As an Experienced Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer concerns via messages, online chat, and phone calls, as well as performing various data entry tasks with attention to detail. You will also take part in telemarketing based on your expertise and input data into internal databases, collecting and digitizing data such as spreadsheets into electronic systems. Responsibilities

* Handle customer concerns via messages, online chat, and phone calls

  • Perform various data entry tasks with attention to detail, including:

+ Inputting data into internal databases + Collecting and digitizing data such as spreadsheets into electronic systems + Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

  • Take part in telemarketing based on your expertise, including:

+ Making outbound calls to customers and prospects + Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues + Building relationships with customers and prospects

  • Work independently with minimal supervision, managing your time effectively and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines

Job Requirements

* Data entry minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including:

+ Excellent grammar and spelling skills + Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

  • Ability to work on your own and manage time effectively while working independently
  • Basic computer functions, including:

+ Email + Web-based tools + Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Stable internet connection and own computer
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to gain new knowledge and skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or telemarketing

  • Familiarity with CRM software and data management systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
