Job Summary
As a Data Entry Clerk / No Experience (Remote) at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll be responsible for processing trade deal purchases, identifying and addressing discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents, and performing various other tasks related to corporate activity, transactions, and returns. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents
- Process Corporate Activity Activities, settle/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity
- Analyze complex/escalated issues, test/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications
- Complete projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor profile
- Engage with Retail and Institutional Service Teams via email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce
- Collaborate with and embody TD Ameritrade Cleaning in daily interactions with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM systems a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of financial markets and instruments
- Familiarity with TD Ameritrade and fund companies
- Certification in data entry or a related field
- Experience with cloud-based software and applications
