Role Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry and Customer Service Representative at Omnicare, you will play a critical role in supporting the medication dispensing process at our closed-door pharmacy. You will be responsible for performing order entry tasks, collaborating with other team members, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform order entry tasks, including triaging customer service requests, calculating and verifying correct dosages, and providing dispensing pharmacists with information regarding allergies and drug interactions

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely medication dispensing
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Create and maintain accurate customer records, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and secure
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge in data entry and customer service

Required Qualifications

* Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law

  • One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience in the long-term care industry

  • PTCB National Certification

Education

* Verifiable High School Diploma or GED

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $30.00 - $60.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
