Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

- Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including call quality, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
