The Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support to resolve their queries and concerns. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
- Processing customer orders, including data entry and order tracking
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
Key Responsibilities
* Answer all incoming customer calls and serve as a back-up for placing service part orders
- Assist customers in determining order status and resolving product-related problems and questions
- Inform customers of standard procedures when placing an order and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow a standardized order entry process to ensure 100% accuracy for all orders
- Initiate and track documentation to authorize and direct work according to customers' contractual obligations
- Provide exceptional customer service, living the arenaflex brand and developing true friendships with our customers
- Build relationships and foster teamwork with fellow team members, leadership, and individuals within other departments
What You Need
* 2+ years of work experience in a customer-facing role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic reading and math skills, and ability to adhere to safety-related issues
- Ability to effectively demonstrate knowledge of modern office procedures, including PC literacy and experience with ERP systems (JDE/SAP/Sales Force/Genesis)
Preferred Qualifications
* PC literate with experience in ERP systems
- Experience in a similar customer support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
