Position Overview

As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via email, live chat, and phone. Key Responsibilities

* Swiftly respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and empathy

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring no detail is overlooked
  • Collaborate closely with teammates to ensure every customer enjoys a seamless experience from start to finish
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as needed to ensure satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* Proficiency in both written and verbal English

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks with ease
  • A suitable environment for taking phone calls and a personally-owned PC or laptop with a minimum of 15 Mbps upload & download speed. A backup internet connection (10 Mbps) is also required upon hiring
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
