Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative in our Remote Call Center, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and educating customers on our products and services. Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound and outbound calls to advise members on benefits and resolve issues
- Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues, providing education and status on previously submitted documents and requests
- Meet performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and escalating concerns as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge, providing accurate and timely information to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and first call resolution
Requirements
* 1 year of customer service experience with the same company
- Call Center experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- Empathetic and good listening skills
- High School diploma
- Ability to clear background check
- Bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred)
