Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Analyzing payment history and notes to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide exceptional service and support
  • Working with leading technologies and systems to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Collaborating with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience in customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role
