Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary customer interface for inquiries, handling incoming phone calls, and providing expert guidance on our products and services. You will be responsible for:
- Interfacing with customers via telephone, written correspondence, fax, web, and/or electronic mail
- Researching customer information utilizing appropriate systems, policies, regulations, procedures, and other reference materials to effectively respond to and resolve customer issues
- Elevating sensitive customer requests when necessary
- Complying with State and Federal regulations and mandates, which are continually changing, thus creating a very dynamic environment
- Staying current on knowledge of diverse products and proactively recommending items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and three years of experience in a complaint-type customer service office setting (health insurance or related field preferred)
- Availability for training 9-12 weeks in length
- Reliable internet service provider and a dedicated, distraction-free workplace
Preferred Qualifications

Training and Development
As a Customer Service Representative, you will undergo 9-12 weeks of live virtual training, which will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role. Our training program includes:
- Interactive virtual training sessions, utilizing camera and audio for training purposes
- Ongoing support and coaching from experienced trainers and mentors
- Opportunities to learn from industry experts and thought leaders
Work Schedule
After completing your training, you will be required to work any 8.5-hour shift between 7:30am-6:00pm (Central Time Zone) Monday to Friday. We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
