Job Responsibilities:

As an experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues, and driving sales growth
• Processing orders, responding to customer inquiries, and expediting delivery of selected orders
• Researching and obtaining resolution of customer inquiries, tracking order activity, and alerting staff of potential delivery problems
• Fostering open communication internally and externally, championing creative change to improve processing and service levels
• Providing guidance and assistance to new or less experienced staff
• Performing other similar and related duties as required

Requirements:

* A.S. degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Minimum of three years' experience in a successful customer environment/position
• Experience with manufacturing or electrical industry required
• Experience with Salesforce, preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills, close attention to detail, and ability to effectively handle multiple priorities
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills, proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software, email, and meeting management software
• Ability to use the internet and web-based resources efficiently and effectively
• Must be highly collaborative and able to work in a team-based environment
• Must have demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and a strong customer orientation
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Ability to give and receive detailed/complex information in an understandable way
• Presentation and training experience is a plus
• Must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and establish proactive corrective actions

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in Data Centers and extensive product knowledge is a plus, but not required

• Experience collaborating with sales required, exposure to Salesforce preferred

* Competitive salary range: $38,000 - $48,000
