The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You'll be responsible for managing inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service, while also meeting or exceeding our quality and productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage inbound calls in a timely manner, following call center scripts when handling different topics

  • Research participant accounts to provide accurate and efficient responses
  • Address basic questions or issues, and escalate complex issues to senior representatives as needed
  • Provide clear and accurate information to callers, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor
  • Keep accurate records of all conversations and meet contractual qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Perform tasks associated with call handling, including basic plan and participant file research and updates

Essential Qualifications and Skills

* At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in an office setting taking inbound calls

  • Demonstrated typing/keyboard skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to facilitate clear and accurate exchange of information to callers
  • Quality and accuracy of tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Familiarity with quality assurance and quality control processes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
