Location and Work Environment

As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll be working remotely from the comfort of your own home. You'll be part of a high-energy sales environment where you'll work as a team to meet goals. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Connecting with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences
  • Using your knowledge of our inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs
  • Providing support every step of the way, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery
  • Ensuring a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to provide an unrivaled customer service experience
  • Mentoring others as your skillset expands
  • Achieving sales targets while providing an iconic customer experience
  • Acquiring the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states – may require testing and travel as some states request physical presence to apply for the license

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Good listening skills and a strong customer focus
  • A high level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to learn and master new technologies; strong computer skills
  • Open availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • The ability to shift schedules two times per year according to the needs of the business
  • Meeting minimum technology requirements (Type of internet service and Speed of internet service)
  • Living in the state of Wisconsin
  • Living within 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
