Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and web chat
- Helping customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
- Assisting service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
- Troubleshooting software issues with customers and service providers
- Working as part of a fully remote team, utilizing technology that allows for team communication, training, and meetings
- Analyzing customer emails and providing thoughtful responses that address all aspects of a customer's concern
- Handling incoming phone calls from customers without getting nervous
- Tracking multiple issues at the same time
- Troubleshooting software malfunctions
- Working efficiently on a remote-based team of co-workers
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with Qleen's platform and services
- Knowledge of household maintenance and cleaning services
- Experience with software troubleshooting and technical support
