Experienced Customer Service Agent – Clinical Trials Support – Indianapolis 2nd/3rd Shift

As a Client Services Support Agent, you'll have a profound impact on the lives of our clients and their end-users. Your critical thinking skills, analytical prowess, and ability to meet deadlines in a team environment will be the keys to your success. Key Responsibilities

* Support, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user issues in our client software applications for clinical trials

  • Document all call information according to Quality Assurance (QA) and internal standard operating procedures
  • Monitor team mailbox emails and document according to procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality as required at all times
  • Adhere to departmental procedures for all emergencies

You Will Be Successful in This Role If You Have

* A college degree and at least one year of applicable experience (background investigation and drug screen required)

  • Strong computer experience with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with SharePoint
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills on a professional level
  • Strong phone skills
  • A strong commitment to customer service
  • The ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve daily issues
  • The ability to work remotely within a 50-mile radius of Indianapolis and travel to client sites for urgent situations
  • COVID-19 vaccination restrictions are no longer required to enter facilities according to CDC recommendations for any local or state requirements

Training and Development

Our training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role. You'll participate in a hybrid training program that combines on-site and remote learning, with a focus on hands-on experience and real-world applications. Our training program includes:

  • 3 days of on-site training at our Indianapolis office
  • 2 days of remote training
  • Ongoing support and coaching from experienced team members
