Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Care Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing customer success strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Building trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, and scheduling and attending virtual meetings using Zoom and other platforms
- Monitoring, identifying, and mitigating account-level risks and up-sell opportunities, aligning product and customer roadmaps, and delivering customer renewals
- Presenting to families different benefits programs, enrolling new clients, and opening new accounts
- Overseeing and prioritizing each customer in your portfolio, and ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A passion for helping others and a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Proven ability to work as a productive team member, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation, with a ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
