The Opportunity
As a Customer Care and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for evaluating and assisting with customer concerns, explaining device capabilities, wireless carrier data, product offerings, and company policies. You will also be expected to meet sales goals and grow from feedback and coaching. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role, including 3-4 weeks of in-class training and additional 2-4 weeks of floor training directly paired with peers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate and assist with customer concerns
- Explain device capabilities, wireless carrier data, product offerings, and company policies
- Meet sales goals and grow from feedback and coaching
- Sell arenaflex smart home and other products on every call
- Directly connected to PPX incentives
- Spend 4-8 hours daily working at a computer
- Escalate calls appropriately when needed

* Competitive salary of $18.00 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $32.00 per hour through our Pay Per Experience (PPX) model

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Competence to retain knowledge and solve customer concerns through memorization of product offerings and customer information
- Strong attention to detail while multitasking with speed and accuracy
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the customer, the business, and your team
- Display commitment through a reliable track record of attendance and performance
- Computer literacy and ability to type 25-35 words per minute and learn call center software
- A passing hiring assessment (soft skill scenario modeling and product knowledge)
- Existing knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems, or willingness to learn
- Bilingual Spanish/Español skills are highly desirable (additional financial incentives provided)
- High customer service acumen
