Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our clients and ensuring their success with our ChatGPT application. You'll work closely with our development team to identify and resolve issues, and collaborate with our business and design teams to drive client satisfaction and growth. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through timely and effective support

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and needs
  • Execute and run client training and enablement sessions to empower scale
  • Develop and implement client success plans that align with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Create and maintain best practices, guides, and FAQs based on client interactions
  • Gather and share client feedback with internal stakeholders to inform product development
  • Collaborate with our outreach team to ensure seamless handoffs between pre- and post-sales
  • Identify and resolve technical issues with our ChatGPT application
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement

Essential Qualifications
