The Role

As a Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat, providing solutions, product recommendations, and discounts to ensure they receive first-class service. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* Access to a device with internet capabilities (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions meticulously.
• Minimum 5 hours availability per week, with potential to increase up to 40 hours.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively in English.
