What You'll Be Doing
As a Chat Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in resolving customer technical requests or issues via chat, emails, social media, direct messaging, and other channels. You'll be the difference between a customer's experience being just average or exceptional, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives.
A Typical Day
* Answer incoming communications from customers
- Connect and resolve issues with customers using written communication
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction
What You Bring to the Role
* Completed senior high school or equivalent
- At least 1 year or more customer service experience
- Strong product or service knowledge and ability to apply it
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in computer software and systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, family-friendly atmosphere

Reporting Structure
You'll report to the account Team Leader and contribute to the success of the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team.
