Responsibilities and Duties

As a chat brand representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Being a brand ambassador and sharing your passion for golf and arenaflex products with customers
• Using primarily arenaflex golf equipment to provide expert advice and recommendations
• Communicating with customers at a professional level, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have
• Familiarity with the arenaflex website and related media, as well as competitor products
• Ability to compare and analyze competitor products to provide informed recommendations to customers
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once and providing exceptional service to customers

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of golf experience, with a strong understanding of the game and its nuances
• 2+ years of club fitting experience, with a focus on arenaflex products
• In-depth knowledge of current and past arenaflex products, as well as similar products from other brands
• Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all arenaflex products, from enthusiast to professional level
• Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Compensation and Perks

As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere with a stable internet connection. You'll be paid on an hourly basis of $15 per chat interaction, with performance-based rewards redeemable for arenaflex products and gift cards.
