Compensation

Range: $70,000-$105,000. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws. What You’ll Do This is not a behind-the-desk role—you’ll be in the field, partnering directly with dealership teams to improve performance and drive results. Lead on-site physical parts inventories across assigned dealerships Evaluate inventory performance and uncover opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency Partner with Parts Managers and store leadership to implement best practices Coach and train teams on inventory management, processes, and operational excellence Analyze inventory data and collaborate with accounting teams to resolve discrepancies Deliver insights and recommendations that drive profitability and performance (SPE & CSI goals) Support the rollout and execution of inventory scanning procedures Build strong relationships with regional and store-level leadership Travel extensively (up to 3–4 weeks per month) to support dealership operations What You'll Bring High School Diploma required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred) 3+ years in parts, inventory control, or dealership operations Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot and solve performance gaps Detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-through Confident communicator with the ability to coach and influence teams Comfortable managing priorities in fast-paced environments We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family, including: Competitive pay Medical, Dental and Vision Plans Paid Holidays & PTO Short and Long-Term Disability Paid Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan Lithia Learning Center Vehicle Purchase Discounts Wellness Programs ​ For a more detailed view, visit: www.totalrewards.lithiadriveway.com.
