Financial Analyst – Renewable Energy Project Finance Advisory - H/F
Greensolver, one of the leaders in the renewable energy service sector (since 2008), manages wind and solar assets of its clients (mainly investment funds) in Europe. Independent since 2013 following an MBO, Greensolver is accelerating its development in France and abroad through organic growth (new customers) and external growth (acquisition and partnership). Greensolver is part of the Voltalia group and is managed as an independent entity. Greensolver offers a wide range of solutions covering the technical, administrative, accounting and financial operation of wind and solar farms and advises investors on the acquisition or sale of renewable assets. We are looking for a Financial Analyst – Renewable Energy Project Finance Advisory to join our friendly team in Portugal! Within the Financial Advisory department, your missions will be : Financial Due Diligence Review of financial models, study of scenarios and Revenue/OPEX/CAPEX assumptions Analyze and review technical contracts (e.g., EPC, O&M, procurement agreements) to ensure alignment with business model and financial projections during due diligence. Assessment of investment opportunities for Greensolver partners Preparation, update, optimization of financial models (scenario analysis, sensitivity study, review of assumptions) Business valuation and preparation of acquisition offers Management of the transaction process – Q&A, analysis of Dataroom in association with the financial partner Manage project, collaborate with other advisors and deal directly with clients Market Financial analysis Benchmark analysis on Revenues/OPEX/CAPEX/Financing Manage and improve Greensolver Database on Financial KPIs and benchmark Stay informed about procurement news and evolving best practices in renewable energy procurement and supply agreements Market watch You will work closely with the Financial Analysis team located in our offices accross Europe and will also be required to work with the technical advisory team, made up of engineers, to be able to best respond to customer requests. This list is not exhaustive, and your missions may change over time. Skills / Knowledge Knowledge: Master’s degree from a Business School or University. You already have 2-5 years’ experience in the field of financial analysis and are interested in the renewable energy sector. Skills: Office package, especially Excel, PowerPoint, VBA and Power BI. Language: English, Portuguese and French mandatory We are looking for an independent, organized and self-motivated person. Type : Permanent When : As soon as possible Salary: according to experience, paid over 14 months.
