Position Purpose: This role partners closely with the Sr. National Sales Manager, Corporate Gifting & B2B, to drive sales and profit growth within the Retail Division. This is a build-and-scale opportunity to help expand Lindt’s presence in the restaurant and hospitality channel. The role is responsible for identifying and securing new B2B customers, while collaborating with the Sr. NSM to: Develop strategic partnerships Influence product innovation Execute go-to-market strategies This individual will ensure customer needs, sales goals, and profitability targets are met, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and drive incremental growth. This is a remote position with periodic travel required for trade shows and customer meetings. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities: Achieve sales and profitability targets by acquiring new customers and scaling the channel Provide data-driven recommendations to the Sr. NSM to optimize customer performance Partner with the Sr. NSM to develop and manage a year-long customer presentation calendar aligned to B2B priorities Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion through customer and competitive insights Support evaluation and implementation of lead generation and customer tracking tools Ensure profitability targets are met and recommend actions to improve performance Partner on forecasting to minimize out-of-stocks and support internal lead-time requirements Maintain deep knowledge of the Lindt & Sprüngli portfolio, brand positioning, and key initiatives to drive fact-based selling Qualifications & Requirements: Skills & Capabilities: Strong hunter mentality with an entrepreneurial mindset Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, including engagement with senior-level stakeholders Ability to translate data into clear commercial insights and actions Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, early-stage and evolving environments Education: Bachelor's degree required Total Rewards:

Compensation

Starting pay is determined using a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience as well as market conditions. A bonus and/or long-term incentive may be included as part of this compensation package.
