This platform offers developer-focused resources like recipes, interactive code samples with syntax highlighting, and a GitHub back-end integrated with a mobile-responsive front-end. Partner with the best The ideal candidate is interested in documentation engineering, developer tooling, automation, and AI-assisted operational workflows. This position will work closely with IT and technical writing to improve documentation operations, repository management, and contributor experience. As a Systems Support Engineer, you will be responsible for: Helping to maintain our web-based documentation systems that use Markdown, RESTAPIS, and associated workflows Demonstrating expertise in Git, GitHub workflows, and GitHub Actions to support platform migrations, test workflows, and validate release processes. Demonstrating experience with basic scripting using Python, JavaScript, Bash, or PowerShell Demonstrating familiarity with "documentation-as-code" and CI/CD practices. Prioritizing and managing various tasks in a dynamic setting while utilizing Jira for effective issue tracking. Troubleshooting technical issues, analyze systems, and proactively find ways to automate and optimize workflows. Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: Have 2+ years of experience or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Technical Communication, or related field Possess exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen focus on effectively documenting processes. Demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail. Adapt quickly to new systems and technologies, focusing on thorough process understanding and meticulous documentation practices.
